 Were contacted by this company giving us a confirmation by way of promise that they could modify our mortgage to a much lower interest rate. They asked for $1995.00 to be divided into two payments.

After forwarding a loan modification package, they requested additonal information (i.e. bank statements, personal information), and a letter of hardship. They communicated with us for approximately 3 months, and then we attempted to contact them, our phone calls were met with a recording saying that the number was not in service or that the area code had been changed.

As a result of this, we attempted to go on their website on two different internet providers, and each time were taken to Go Daddy where we were informed that the domain name was available.
