Legal Zoom Deceptive Practices Glendale, California

I usually use Bxx F (((REDACTED))) to set up my corporations, but, I thought I would give Legal Zoom a try.  Initially the online forms were a bit longer than standard, yet, all went smoothly until I finished my order and it was noted that the "Economy Service" that I choose would take 35 days to process my order.   Information receiveda after the fact is not helpful !!! I let it go and did receive my documents within three weeks or so.   Then a few weeks later my credit card is charged $ 159 for an "annual auto-renewal program" that I did not knowingly authorize .... I would not have missed that info had it been disclosed.   I contacted Legal Zoom and they refused to remove the charge and were really snarky about it.   I apparently have to notify the Secretary of State and jump through a number of hoops before they will remove the charge. I can assure you that my credit card company will remove it directly today !!!!     Thanks Legal Zoom for making what should have been a seamless process just one more annoyance that nobody needs. Lesson learned ... I'll use BxxFxxxxx (((REDACTED)))from now on!!!!!
