Since you paid with PayPal, all you have to do is file a dispute for "item not recieved". That's real simple to do.

Now, the part you need education on is the BBB thing.

The BBB has no authority or power to do anything to anyone, make anyone do anything, or shut down anything.

Just the fact that you would believe in the BBB tells me that you are a moron.

The BBB is NOT any form of government agency or consumer protection agency, etc.

The BBB is a FOR PROFIT business. A very corrupt business.
