LensDiscounters Not a trustworthy online store Buffalo New York

LensDiscounters is extremely difficult to deal with.  There was a problem with my order and they would only respond to emails with form-letter replies.  They form letters told me to mail back the incorrect contact lenses to them for exchange at my expense.  Then when they got them, they took no action.  Several weeks, emails and voicemails later, still no response.  They rarely answer their phone, even though their office hours are clearly shown on their website.  I finally got through to someone who said that they'd send me a partial replacement, but not all.  They refused to take back some of the unopened boxes of contacts that I had gotten from them.  I'm out money, time, and frustration.  Do not do business with these people.
