My husband and I ordered a 50cc mini dirt bike for our boys for Christmas '08. We tried to start it Christmas Eve pull starter assembly broke. Called the day after Christmass talked with Matt, after almost a month of waiting we did get a replacement part. But again we tried to start it and the started assembly broke into pieces. And still it has never been ridden.
Contacted LG wholesale who says sure they will send another part at my cost. I think not. After telling them I was going to report them to the Attorney Generals Office I received an email saying they would ship me another pull starter at no cost, but that would void my warranty on all of my other parts and I needed to reply to their email stating that I agreed to. I have all ready been screwed by them once.
I will be contacting the Attorney Generals Office of Illinois and Arkansas. If a group of consumers can come together I think there is plenty of people to have a lawsuit. And if I am not mistaken since they sell across state line that becomes a Federal Offense. Interstate Commerce.
These people need to be put out of business.
