Liberty Wide Group - Pacific Liberty said that they finally received approval from a bank that would issue me a card for the guaranteed amount of 2500.00 as they had promised and that they would be mailing my card out to me on Friday 07/30/2004 I still have not received the card to date 10/05/2004 and the phone number that had worked up until the week of 08/02/2004 is no longer in service Newark Delaware

After waiting for a period of 5 months total. I was told that on Tuesday-07/27 via phone that Liberty Wide had finally received the fax from the bank that had indeed approved me the guaranteed credit card line of $2500.00 and that someone would be calling me the following day to confirm my information-name-address, etc and then would be mailing my card to me and the card would be in my hands by Thursday-07/29/2004, no later. All that was left was for them to confirm my name and address and someone would be calling me for verification the following day.

The next day I called in, because I had heard back from anyone before 3pm as they had indicated to call back if someone had not yet got back to me to verify my info. I was then told that all was confirmed and that my card would be mailed out on Friday-07/30/2004. But I told this lady-Lisa was her name that I was just told that I would have the card in my hands by Thursday 07/29/04?? Lisa said well it has changed and if someone told me something else that it does not matter, and that she was the only one there and all-(very rudely), because my card would now be mailed out Friday instead...and that I should receive it by, if not before 08/06/2004. When I tried to call in the week of 08/02/2004 to check the status the phone number that had worked from February-July, I was no longer able to get in touch with anyone.

Constant busy signal....so I had repair check the number and they said there is trouble on this line of 866-815-7131, but not necessarily out service. Or this toll-free service number has been discontinued!! I do have the address and was going to write, since I can no longer call them by phone, in which I called 2-3 times each month to keep in touch with my status. Funny how my card was finally approved and was to be mailed out the last I talked to Liberty Wide Group Services to be referred to as Pacific Liberty formerly known as permit no. 1530605-Ontario, Inc./ 1585392 Ontario, Inc. and now the phone number is not valid! And I still have NOT received my card with $2500.00 that I paid the one time deposit of $279.00 for back on February 24th, 2004.

I either want my deposit back or they best send my card!!! I will have the "BBB and FTC go after them!
