After ordering what I was believed to be a personalized otterbox for my daughter for Christmas, I received a plastic snap on shell.  I was disappointed since the price was around $65 including shipping.  I tried to contact the company both by phone and email.  They were not accepting phone calls.  When I filed my claim to let them know I would be disputting the charge since I had not received the product I thought I ordered they lashed out in a very disrespectful way.  I could not believe the launguage and accusations they were making against me.  I admit the website was very confusing and I possibly did not order the correct item, but their customer service was beyond rude.  I would not recommend this company to anyone with a kind bone in their body.  I have never been treated so poorly.
