I listed an auction on their site. I was told it would take roughly 15 days from the close of the auction to be paid. Their website states " Seller will be paid after we receive the buyers payment which usually takes 2-10 days." Today is day number 14 and because of their lack of urgency and their total lack of desire to make things happen the way they said it would on their website. They contract with another company that has the same uncaring attitude they do.

It took them 6 days to set up the shipment(they refuse to allow the buyer and seller to set up the shipping together) after the auction closed. It took another day to email me the labels. They charge 15% of the closing price for their services and claim they will maintain all channels and work hard to assure fast delivery and payment. When I called my account rep to ask him to contact them he said it was not his problem and that he could not do anything anyway. He stated it was up to me to contact them myself and make things happen. I paid $300 for the use of the website they provided.

That is the only service they provided for the $300 I had to pay them. The problem is(and where the ripoff comes into play) is that when you pay for a service and are told that EVERYTHING will be handled for that fee then they have not provided the service they charged me for and thus owe me a refund. They of course think I am crazy and have told me I am no longer welcome on their website since "I do not fully understand the process and therefore I do not belong in their family."

This company claims they are the only game in town that does their job properly yet they do almost nothing the way it states they will on their website.

I spoke to the most senior person they would allow me to "bother" with my problems but all I got was a lecture about how I obviously have no idea how the process works and denied that any one or their website says any different(I have emails that state otherwise).

I feel this is a total ripoff.
