Listia.com booted from the site and credits kept Internet, California

This web site has multiple ways of getting ripped off of your credits (money). When I was warning people of this and letting the people that do the ripping off know I was suspended from the site.

I was with this site for two years and even trained to be a moderator on the site. I listed lots of items on the site for sale and had over 9000 credits when suspended. I was told by a head moderator that I can not get those credits and can not get a payment according to their buy credit policy as account suspended and credits are in limbo.

Here are some emails between us:
Thank you for contacting us I'm sorry, but this is a permanent suspension due to comments made in auctions. The account can no longer be accessed and currently has 9669 credits remaining. Unfortunately, those credits are stuck and cannot be transferred out of the account.

Well seeing how you can not get my items back that were sold to get these credits and you say you can not release them then you have just created fraud by taking my item and my credits away from me. These are not credits that I got from doing stupid surveys or having people sign up. These are credits from me selling actual items. I also just won and auction by using GIN for 4444 credits which if my address is no longer available for the person to ship I neeed those credits added to the remaining balance. I expect to have the credits refunded back to me in the form of cash according to your buy credits amount. So if you say there is 9669 and then add the 4444 from the GIN auction that equals 14133 worth that you owe me.

Listia is not involved in the exchange of goods. We only handle transferring credits between accounts and the only the only way to have credits transfer between accounts is if both users are involved in an auction. The system doesn't allow, meaning it's impossible, to do anything with the credits in this account since it's suspended.

I have recently looked them up on the BBB and found out they have an "F" rating. If there are any suits happening or being looked at then I would be willing to join in with my case.
