WILLIAM DAVIS Threat to take me to court,they named 4 serious allegations against me, violation of federal law, collateral check fraud, theft by deception, electronic fund transfer fraud. the law suit will cost me $4271.15 excluding loan amount, attorney's fee and the interest charges. Go on to say and i quote:" you have the right to hire an attorney. If you don't have /can't afford one then the court will appoint one for you".  INTERNET
