I concur with most of your complaint about loan depot. They stole $495.00 from me. I was approved for a loan(I have excellent credit), I paid the lock in fee $495 and the failed to do my loan. I didn't fail they did. I recommend nobody ever do business with LOAN DEPOT. They are crooks. It appears they misrepresent to everyone the deal with. Same problem just another person on a different day. I will do my best to dissuade anyone from doing business with LOAN DEPOT.

LOAN DEPOT is a sham of a company.
