We took out a loan from this company due to the fact that I am disabled and my husband got laid off, well we tried to make the payments on time and we just couldn't do it. I called this office again and again but to no avail, no-one ever returned my calls. They ended up repossessing our vehicle.
The amount on the Affidavit for Repossession does not match what they say we owe them, when I called the office for the 5th time I was told they had no paper work in regards to the loan. The woman Michelle was very rude and hung up on me. When I called back and asked for the name of her supervisor I was told they would not give me that information.
I have asked where the auction is being held and I was told that I was not entitled to that information. I can not get anywhere. I have called the Attorney Generals Office and have not recieved a call from them. The Better Business Bureau has also not returned my call.
So anyone that reads this DO NOT deal with these people they say they don't have to give me any information, they have no paperwork and in general are scamming people. The interest rates are such that in no way can you ever pay this money back. So I implore you stay away from these people you will loose everything.

This is not how this business operates. As far as making the statement that no one can ever pay back the loan because of the high interest rates goes, this is not true. Clients of the company frequently pay off the loans. All the information you need to pay off the loan and pay it down is given to you at the time of the account opening.
When you were making calls to the company, i'm assuming they were not during business hours as you were waiting on a return call. All the stores have voicemail so that we can return calls. It is impossible at times to understand that message left and at times the company is unable to return the call.
If your car was repossesed, it goes to an auction. You are privy to the following information: 1) when it will go up for sale 2) where the auction is located. If they were unable to disclose this information, it is likely you were not on the loan account with your husband. Due to strict privacy policy's we do not share information.
I'm sorry that you had this experience.
