Several months ago i submitted a request for a logo through this website. if you look at the website there are several icons for companies that they associate themselves with, one of them is PayPal. Ironically they do not accept PayPal but when I asked them why they didn't accept PayPal I was told that PayPal is not available with their sale items. If you look at the website everything is on sale all the time.

I gave the company a very descriptive explanation of what I was looking for in my logo design. The company offered me seven different logos to begin with and I was supposed to choose my favorite one. The seven logos that they sent me were completely irrelevant to the suggestions that I made. I chose a design and tried to work with the designer to get to a logo that I felt was appropriate. Every subsequent design was totally off on my direction. After a few designs it became frustrating to deal with these people and after the lack of real progress was being made I decided to ask for my money back. They came back to me and asked if I if they could do a redraw. I agreed. The redraw that they sent me was the exact same design that they left off with. When I complained again  they offered a redraw butsent me the same exact design again. then one more time, they sent me a letter asking if they could do a redraw, and the redraw was You guessed it the same design.

I finally told them that I was fed up and not taking any more requests for redraws and asked for my money back a third time. They told me they would work on it and they also told me it would take up to 21 days. It's been over a month and I have contacted them twice, still no refund. Every time I contact them, they act like they don't know what's going on, apologize, tell me they are submitting the request again, and then thank me for my business.

I usually research companies completely before I pay money on the Internet. Even with the overly enthusiastic website they have I fell for it. they have customer service representatives that speak very good English (or very good translation programs). My research has led me to believe that this is a Chinese company and they change their name or webpage or domain every so often.
