Logo Design Guarantee Terrible Work- Liars- REFUSED REFUND! Internet

I found this company on the internet and decided to try them out for two reasons, they advertised a 24 hour turnaround on a professional level logo design and they advertised a no hassle refund if not satisfied.

I paid the extra for the 24 hour turnaround which took 3 days, the designs that came back looked as if a 5 year old had created them. After several (8) revision request, and 2 weeks of lost time, I decided to go with another company to create my logo- I asked logo Design Guarentee for a full refund and explained my position. I was promised a refund and 30 days later still no refund. I have recieved emails from the company stating that the refund was issued yet my bank has no record of this.... Please beware, this company is a joke the logo design is terrible and then you will not receive a refund!!!
