Logodesignguarantee Company has lied about services, ignores you when you need assistance Internet

I have been working with this company since December 2012 and what seemed to be going ok has turned into hassle after hassle.

1. I was told that my design team was in Maine, but they are in India
2. They will not answer my emails, online discussions get booted and they will not take my calls.

Their website states that you will have complete control over your website, this is not true, they will let you change minor things like pictures but when you want to add or change something you have to go through their design team, and it can take upto 1-2 weeks to get completed, then, hopefully it is right or you have to complain to the team, and then they redo it.

They promise 24/7 customer support, but for the design team, they always reply at 1 am, via email, why would someone in main work that late, because they are in india-  look at time shift. When I email the company I get no response either, except someone will get back to you soon.  Never happens.

They promise SEO  for your website, and go into detail about making your company be found on the internet, but when they set it up, the only way you can find it on the internet is to search for the name of the web site.  instead of general names  like massage, or photography -   you would think that programers understand how the internet works, why would I be marketing to people that already know my website !! 

As for a refund, I have emailed 4 times suggesting that things are not working between me and this design team, because nothing I ask for is completed the way I want,  either give me a new team, or refund me my money, to which I get no reply, because they wont reply.

I had paid for 12 logo designs, and I was to pick one,  and one to the picks was my original design with new colors, I complained that that is not one of my 12.

My business cards I ordered as well as stationary - are still not correct, and when I try to use them on Vista Print or other printing site, I cannot use them, the way they set them up, I can not add text or anything without ruining the design.  I have been promised it would be fixed, but hever has been.

I also ordered logo protection and was told I would have information in the mail that shows it is copyrighted - this never came, I also complained about this, but still nothing in reply email.

I thought they were a great company, lots to offer,  and my website is not all the bad, but I have no control, I have no SEO, I have issues with getting to it and working in it, everything they promise, I have not gotten. I feel helpless and not able to make the changes that need to, only if I tell them and they do it,  by the time they get it done, my promotion is over, and no one finds me online anyway.

I even had someone hack my account, and It took 2 weeks and 4 emails before anything was done about it.
