The Bank informed me that the company that took the money from my account is called LOMBARD Publishing, with no I.
 
The bank is sending me a printout of my account through the post.
 
It looks like I am a silly old fool, and I only hope I can rectify my mistake with your company,

 When you took from my account on the 6th of September 79 this is what it changed to from US dollars.
 
I returned the book to you on the 10th of September for a full refund.
 
It was posted via Post Office post code in the UK  SW16 4TR  to your post code PA34AT on the 10th September @ 11:09
 
So why lie when I can prove all of this.
