BEWARE RIPOFFS DISRESPSCTFUL JERKS NICK THE MANAGER
www.lowmileageparts.com aka www.carmonkeys.com are rip offs they will take your money and then charge you twice also they will send you the wrong parts and will send you damages parts. you call to ask questions and they blow you off. they will hang up on you and put you on hold and never pick up. left my phone on speaker phone to wait for them to pick up and never did after 30 mins i hung up and called back to just be put on hold again. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THEN. you will regret it. they off you low prices but then charge you twice. Also they will not refund you your money or warranty there parts. they will just give you the run around. save youself they money and time Shop somewhere else.
I was charge twice and they refuses to refund my money said we sent it out electronic transfer. Dont pay by check you dont get the 2% off it just a scam to get your account # will charge a debit to the account from www.carmonkeys.com then send a check through as Lowmileageparts.

JOHN the INSIDER call 18777186631 for lowmilageparts.com and call 18888222839 for carmonkeys.com same person answers. His name is NICK and he is a D***. So you can try to repair your reputation. Im not a competitor im a unsatisfied customer. they claimed to be using a new system to charge your account. I wonder how many other people have go caught in this SCAM. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THEM!!!!

I am not really sure what is this complain about. It’s very chaotic and incomprehensible. There are no specifics to any order information or any type of part that was ordered.
I simply suspect that this is some kind of campaign to discredit competition. This person mention two companies that are separate and says that was charge twice. Anybody who purchased things on the Internet knows that any charge can be disputed with credit card bank. So this double charge is really not believable.
Phones are open from 8AM to 5PM and during this time anybody can call. Occasionally someone can be put on hold but only for a minute or two. We always work with our customers and try to solve any issues, either warranty or customer support.
In summary review above is not believable, it’s not real.
