Sheets arrived three weeks after the advertised delivery time, absolutely NO communication from the company by email or telephone after repeated emails.  In fact, the phone system answering message tells you they are too busy and disconnects.

The product feels like cheap sheets you can get in the back to college sales at Wal-Mart.  The set I got came pre stained with what appears to be a Sharpie; there are marks on the pillow cases.  Luckily I am only out a small dollar amount because I fell for the 1/2 off daily deal.  For their advertised retail price, you are getting ripped off.  Go to JCPenny and get their sheets of the same advertised quality for cheaper.

Based on the total lack of customer service and communication, it's not worth my time to even try and return these sheets.  They will just adorn my hunting trailer and NOT my master bedroom.
