My husband and I went to purchase a car on foot and when Mr. Wilson saw us coming he new he had a couple that was in desperate need of a vehicle. What he did was sold us his worst lemon for $9,000 plus all the other fees and took our $2500 down payment. Mr. Joe Wilson sold us a car with the engine and transmission bad! He had patched parts up under the bottom of the parts. We had the car for 7 days and the car began to leak green stuff and transmission fluid.

We went through so many trips back and forth to catch him free to talk to us. He would purposely avoid speaking with us over the phone and when we would come to the office he would always be with someone. When we finally had a chance to speak with him he would send us to someone to get the car checked and they would say that the problem was fixed.

Again, the problem had not been resolved and we took it to several places and fortunately we had put a warranty on the vehicle or we would have been stuck with the cost of the repairs ourself because he refused to pay for any of the damages that he had done to the car. We got the transmission taken care of with the warranty and then when the engine begin to really act up the warranty company refused to put the money into the vehicle. So, here we were stuck with a car that could only take us 10 blocks before it would start acting up! We finally got tired after 11/2 and decided to take the car and park it back on the mans lot and speak with the finance company about getting out of the contract.

To this day which is 3 months that we took the car back to him and he still refuse to give us our money we put out in the car (down payment and repairs that we took care of before we finally found out what the real problems were. As well as rental car fees.)

Talk about sheisty business! He still is refusing to give us our money.
