Maaco Paint Poor Quaily Service Poor quailty service and work. Rip-off! Reading Pennsylvania

I went to Maaco to have the following done; put on a new bumper cover & fender & headlight (that I had) and repaint the car. I wanted to have the car painted the best that they could and pretty much spare no expense taking out all the dings and flaws. I was quoted $799 for paint, $90 to strip roof, and $40 to take out the dings on hood. I also said to go over it and take out any stone chips or other dings that they see and I would gladly pay extra. They assured me this would be a high quality job and would turn out great.

They quoted $929 and one week to do the paint (labor for install of parts extra). It took two weeks to do it and I was charged about $1,100. I wouldn't mind paying the extra if it was done right, but the following was wrong; (list of things wrong and there response when I brought it back;

Dings still on hood (I circled them so they knew where they would be) - "we couldn't see them" Paint cracking in two spots- "Thetas because of your car, we cant help that" Dirt under paint - "its like that when you paint a car, even new cars from the factory are like that"

Part of the hatch wasn't clear coated - "we tape it off, I guess they couldn't get to it" Big scratch on fender - "someone must have rubbed on it" Tape off job wasn't done right (paint pealing off) - (they had no comment)
Headlight on crooked - (they had no comment) I was charged more then quoted - (no comment)

They said to bring it back next month to have it fixed. I did and they had it for one week. Now new things wrong with it (and there response);

Over spray on roof - "oh that'll buff out" Bottom of hatch was sanded down to bear metal and not painted - "you can wait till spring and touch it up"

Large groove under door handle (sanded down too much) - "we didn't sand anything it was like that" Black fuzz ball under clear coat - "thetas the way it is when you paint a car, we cant help it" Threes more, but threes nothing they will do about it. I made a web site to help get my word out
