This company was very unprofessional. I was hired to do a report for this company. I went out took the photos and pulled all of the comparable properties. I was on www.mainstreetval.com and the site kicked me off after I would get a comparable in...it did this several times and I would start over and it would happen again and again. I called and left a message with the person who asked me to do the order. The next morning the BPO rep called me and said to make sure I was using I internet explorer, which I was not. I finished the BPO and hit the submit button and the system would not allow me to submit the report. I immediately called and talked to Jay. Jay could not understand why the report would not submit but said he would work on it and call me if there were any problems wit the report.

I did not get a call so assumed the BPO was fine. I was out showing properties two days later and when finished was checking my voicemail and got the most unprofessional message I have ever gotten in my 15 year career of selling Real Estate. Nicole Gunnarson left me a message and threatened if I didn't get 2 pictures of the house side and a street photo they would not pay me for the work that I have done.

After spending an hour registering and sending in all required information to register on this site and waiting to be accepted by Main Street Valuation as a BPO broker and then having issues with the site not working with Google chrome, and doing the 2 1/2 hours if putting in all information In their web based BPO program, Nicole Gunnarson had the nerve to threaten not to pay me for all of that work because they didn't like 2 of the 11 pictures that I sent to them.

I called Nicole to try to tell her I had been out all morning showing homes she yelled at me to get the 2 photos in or they would not pay me. I asked to talk to her manager who continued to treat me in the same way and told me it was my fault their system didn't allow me to submit my BPO. I told her their employee could not figure out why the system would not allow me to submit the BPO and she said it was my fault and had no other explanation. Millie is a vert angry unprofessional manager.

I did turn in the other 2 photos and they said they would pay me. I will never do another BPO for this company because of this terrible treatment. The BPO I did was an order from Wells Fargo who I am sure would not approve of the way Millie treats the people who work hard for them. I will be sure to let Wells know. Also I hope every company who orders BPO's from Main Street think twice before they use them.
