Please take notice that a civil lawsuit has been filed in California Superior Court County of Orange against the anonymous author of Report #1096104, ManuchehrTheKiller, and the anonymous author of #1 Update titled "Manny stop lying", MannyLies, for harm incurred by plaintiffs and subjects of said Report and Update due to publication of said Report and Update.

The relevant lawsuit information is:

This notice hereby affords the anonymous authors ManuchehrTheKiller and MannyLies an opportunity to respond to the above discovery request.

The anonymous authors ManuchehrTheKiller and Manny Lies have the right to timely and anonymously file an answer to the above civil action (Khoshbin et al., v. Does) within thirty days, or by March 27, 2014.

This notice and request complies with Arizona law and Mobilisa, Inc. v. Doe, (2007) 170 P. 3d 712, and is made using the same medium used by anonymous authors in creating the contested messages.

Any responses to this notice and request by anonymous authors ManucherhTheKiller and MannyLies are to be mailed to Borchard & Callahan, APC, 25909 Pala, Suite 300, Mission Viejo, California, 92691.

 It's apparent that the first 2 comments are by Manny himself. Who else would have that much inside knowledge and go to such lengths to explain himself? I used to work for Manny and I know first hand that these things the person reported on ARE true. He was a drunk and was always drinking and driving. He came into work inebriated many times. He used to love prostitutes, especially after his first wife left him. Why else would be marry the gold digging Leyla? He acts like he cares about the family of the man he killed by the doesn't. He hadn't reached out to them while I was there. He has been used numerous times and did pay off a former employee so she wouldn't report him to the Feds and she him. His drug dealer used to come into work and drop off "packages". He was a horrible person and is very conniving and abusive. He never put his hands on me, but he was very verbally abusive. And calling someone a coward, is typical Manny. He's mad because he can't go over to their place and beat them up for posting whole truths. He's quite petty and very insecure. And this length novel he toyed to "clear his name" under two different accounts is classic Manny. He's an animal and he will be facing prison time very soon. Do not invest with him. Do not give him money. And do not buy a car from him. You will end up losing the car and the investment.

I am very saddened that someone would feel the need to post such a hurtful and false statement about me.  The impact these false statements this individual has made about me and my profession have created irreparable harm to me and my family.  My initial response was to not dignify such a horrible statement about me, but I feel I am left with no choice.  I can only describe this person as a coward.  Anyone that hides behind an anonymous posting and writes such defamatory statements can only be described as a pathetic coward.

The statement about money stolen in the amount of 1.5 million is absolutely false! I have never stolen any money from anyone. Period.

The accident I was involved with was tragic and I am and will always be deeply sorry and saddened that a life was lost especially my own friend.  It was the worst day of my life.  To claim I have in some fashion tried to hide the incident is wrong and again hurtful.  I have not changed my name for this reason and if anyone looked you will see it’s my correct name "Manuchehr" in the reported article and not the name mentioned.

This individual again told a blatant lie regarding me leaving the scene of the accident.  I was there holding my friend when CHP showed up. 

The family of my departed friend resides in Europe.  I have seen his brother who does reside here.  When I saw him, I hugged him and cried.  Unlike the coward that wrote the malicious statement, I carry the loss of my friend every day of my life. 

This deprived individual again falsely states how I received the scar (not scars) above my eyebrow.  I received this scar as a result of a motorcycle accident I was in when I was 10 or 11 years old in Iran. 

To claim the accident in my Ferrari F40 was alcohol related is again false.  This individual has materially misrepresented the truth.  The accident with this vehicle had nothing to do with alcohol but rather faulty brakes. This accident happened before noon and I was never cited.

This individual also misstates the facts regarding the other accident I was in while driving the SLR.  No alcohol involved.  I was not cited.  This sick individual does not stop at only defaming me but actually makes a terribly false statement regarding my passenger.  No money was paid to this individual to “cover up” anything.  My date did suffer a minor injury and this matter was resolved. 

Again this little coward has the facts wrong about the vehicles I own and the vehicles I acquire for resale purposes.  The fact is I own a wholesale dealership.  I acquire certain vehicles for the purpose of resale, not my personal use.  I own a number of personal cars that are registered under my own name, in which I pay all taxes/fees.  I am not going to deny the vehicles I own and drive are luxury vehicles and I make no excuse for that.  I drive them daily.  Apparently the coward that made the defamatory posting is intimidated by my success.

The coward now claims I make my money by suing people.  Another false and defamatory statement.  If this individual had any understanding of business he would know you don’t make money off the legal system.  If this individual had taken the time to research the records this person would have discovered the truth, but it’s obvious this little person is not interested in the truth.

As it pertains to our business Milani Hair, we hold a trademark to that name.  My wife, Leyla has used the name "Milani" professionally for years, especially during the time she was a model on the NBC show “Deal or No Deal”.  Again if this anonymous coward understood business, they'd understand that you register a trademark to protect it.  If a mark is disputed, legal action may need to be taken to clarify rights or terminate an inappropriate use of an infringing mark.  We continue to use our registered trademark, "Milani Hair" professionally, and seek the necessary legal remedies to protect it.  

I have never stolen or embezzled a dime in my life.  To make such a false acquisition is actionable and I do hope this malicious individual realizes I will take action when I do discover his or her identity.  As many know and understand, real estate has been hard hit over the past several years.  When you own a building that is occupied by a single tenant and that tenant vacates the property the occupancy goes from 100% to 0%.  After trying desperately to find new tenants, we were unsuccessful and the property was sold at a loss.  I owned over 40% of that investment and suffered a bigger loss than any of my partners.   My own brother and sister were also partners in this same investment and lost a significant amount of money. I did resolve certain legal issues pertaining to that investment and while I was disappointed in the actions certain individuals took as it pertains to the investment, I addressed those issues in a professional manner and resolved them.  I did make a promise not to discuss those matters and as such will not comment further.

Over the years I have had to deal with individuals that have been jealous of my success.  Certain of these individuals I thought were my friends.  I have been disappointed when certain individuals have gone out of their way to try and take advantage of my successes.  I highly suspect, given the nature of the false statements made about me, it is one of these jealous insecure individuals that was instrumental in writing the malicious posting. 

The statements regarding drugs and hookers don’t dignify a response.  Those that know me know those statements to be false.  Those statements only go to prove how desperate this coward is.  I am sorry my wife had to read these malicious statements and I have assured her that if and when I learn the identity of the coward that wrote this statement, I would take the necessary legal action to address this wrongdoing. 

I believe in our First Amendment right to free speech.  I also believe we should each be held accountable for what we say.  I am disappointed that individuals are allowed to post such false and defamatory statements on these types of websites without being required to identify themselves.  I hope these jealous individuals that hide behind anonymous Internet postings understand that I have all the legal resources available and will proceed accordingly. I’ve decided to respond to this claim of fraud and theft against Manny (Manuchehr) Khoshbin because the accusations are false and ridiculous. The fact that an individual can go on a website and defame someone’s character without a shred of evidence and hide behind anonymity is both comical and preposterous. This individual claims that Manuchehr (Manny) Khoshbin has stolen over $1.5 million from him/her and other investors without bothering to even mention the when, where, who and how of this claim. In fact, it is not even mentioned again in what is really a distortion and fabrication of events in Manny’s personal life.

I’ve known Manny (and he has always gone by Manny which is obviously short for his real name Manuchehr) for over 20 years. I’m familiar with the actual facts of many of the claims that are made here. I will respond to the claims I have knowledge of and not speculate on the ones I don’t.

Car accident in 1995 was a very tragic accident in which he lost a very good friend and he would be the first to tell you that it still haunts him to this day. He may very well have lost his own life in that accident but Manny and another passenger were fortunate enough to survive and very unfortunate to witness the loss of a good friend. Manny was in fact devastated and did reach out to the brother of his friend several times but was not given the opportunity until several years later in a chance encounter.

This event did however change his life as it was the low point and he was forced to rebuild his life and he did in a manner that only a few can. Manny’s success comes strictly from real estate. He buys and sells real estate, simple as that! No fraud, no front, no gimmick. He has made himself and many others (family members, friends, and investors) a lot of money in the process. One of which was a friend and husband of referenced “secretary” whom he helped by both giving his wife a job and turn their $10,000 life savings into over a million in a span of 5 years. They were hardly even aware of the purchases and sales of the properties Manny made for them as their broker until they showed up to sign the paperwork. They never had trouble enjoying the profits and the benefits of their friendship with Manny but were not willing to share the burden on the complications of an investment and in fact expected him to cover their shortcomings. The problems arose when a major tenant moved out of the building (of which Manny himself had the largest percentage of shares) and the couple were informed they and all other investors (Manny himself included) would no longer be receiving monthly dividends because the terms of the mortgage required a certain amount of reserve in escrow. Having been accustomed to a certain lifestyle provided to them by Manny Khoshbin, the couple decided to resort to threats and lawsuits to get Manny to cover their share of the shortage and take the loss so that they would not.

The Ferrari F40 accident was in broad daylight in the middle of the day and no alcohol involved. He had just purchased the car which from what I understand is a very difficult car to drive and there are many recorded accidents. Common sense would tell you that if he was intoxicated there would be a DUI record to go with it.

As I said, I’ve known Manny for many years and have never known him to use any type of drugs. In fact, he is very much against the use of drugs and those around him who did always had to hide it from him. Ever since the accident in 1995 he has always made it a point to not drink and drive and once he had the means he made sure he always had a hired driver when he had a drink.

I fail to see how someone’s cosmetic surgeries, the manner in which they pose in pictures, or even an unfaithful first wife have any link to a claim of fraud and theft.  It is obvious that the writer of these accusations has a personal vendetta and has no evidence to back up the claims that are being made.

To be a legitimate consumer awareness website, this site should seriously reconsider allowing anonymous supposed consumers make outrageous accusations without providing any actual facts or evidence to support their claim. 

Great Experience..... It's very disturbing reading the above, especially when it's only from one person's perspective. We have known & worked with Mr. Khoshbin for over 10 years now. The experience has been nothing, but delightful. All the business transactions are on paper and overseen by 3rd party attorneys. Doing business has its ups and downs, it's not always gains, if that was the case we all be billionaires by now. For one person to come online and tries to shatter ones image is just wrong. We have all had down falls and obstacles in our lives, but we learn overcome them for the better. No one has a crystal clear perfect life, but we all try our best to be the best in our business and for our families. I'm sure if we try to unveil the person above's life they have some blemishes to expose also. Plus if you are going to place ones life under magnifying glass you should do the good & bad. Mr. Khoshbin holds and helps a lot of local charities, how comes those are not listed above?! More than all, it sounds like they are jealous of ones life style, the life style that has been in process and gained over the last 40 yrs. Overall it's sad to see people talk, make up stories and magnify ones life online on purpose without any gains for either party........ Hope we can all live in peace, harmony, without blaming each other and accepting responsibility for our own actions.
