the person who sais marc and jan are wanted is absolutely true the person on here responding saying what great people marc and jan are is low and behold miss Jan herself  they are yhe biggest scam artist around could have fooled me i have listened to jan rip off everyone around them and try to get them to go on theese wonderful trips out of the country to do time share wich is crazy she will tell you shes part of the mafia lol  she will tell you her husband is a ex cop oh lord have mercy she will say yhey get 5,000 a month just for his retierment but yet borrow money from people for ciggerettes and there gambling habbit she will also go to food banks and neglect the poor and homeless people whon really need the food

she will pick different ones every week so her fridge is full and say she has 6 kids when she has 1  this ladys mind is gone scamming neighbors steeling and more to get what jan wants saying she was a millionaire and secret services have her money please .............     oh ya and a person actually fixed her computer for free and found so much child porn and more theese people are discusting human beings and live in a fantacy world about being rich and famouse well there famous alrite for tying to steal your identity abuse the system so again Beware of marc and jan there crazy

I have known these people, Marc and Janet Cipriano for 19 years now and if any of these statments were true, after it being 10 years now since this all began, don't you think the authorities would have found them by now? Come on people, use your heads!

Marc and his wife, Jan, have been to our home numerous times, have watched our children, have watched over our businesses numerous times, and not even one time has there ever been even one instince where they have stolen from us, lied to us, been convicted of any sort of crime whatsoever, and have shown us nothing but being responsible, ethical, reliable people with more integrity than most people we know have in their pinky finger!

We received a phone call from someone asking what we thought about these people since they have read all the nonsense written about them and I will tell you exactly what I said to all the other people who have questioned their integrity...Marc and Jan have more integrity than anyone else we have ever known. Are they perfect, No, but are you, I'm sure you are not.

Throughout the years they have proven themselves over and over again about having great business sense, taking on jobs and succeeding well above the normal, average person would have, are very reliable and we trust them explicetly.

They have been to our home hundreds of times, cared for our children as if they were their own children, have watched over our business many times while my wife and I weren't able to do so, and never was there even 1 cent missing.

My advice, look at the people writting this garbage about them. You have a man called Stevie Vegas (that alone should tell you something about his charactor!) stating they stole money and or clients. What clients? He had his hand in everything but yet was successful at nothing. And where is this Stevie "Vegas" Muscket now....DEAD. After 10 years, you mean to tell me that he couldn't find them and charge them with all the allegations he stated against them! Please, let's be real here.

Another company stating Jan owed them marketing money, again,m 10 years ago. Since she did not own CHOICE RESORTS, Brian Mossman and Eric Perrera did, she was only their Director of Sales, why would she pay THEIR bills? Would you?? And once again, if these allegations were true, why wasn't she convicted of this crime after 10 years? Because it was NOT true!

Saying they were both wanted for felonies on bad check writting and driving illegally, why weren't they convicted on these crimes? Again, because they were not true!

Use your heads and your common sense. 10 years later and these rumors are still going around but yet NO convictions! That would certainly make me question the vadality of the accusations and about the people saying these LIES.

As far as their personal life, that is exactlyn what it is, PERSONAL. But to set the record straight, they have indeed had identity theft, they are still dealing with that with our Federal Agencies, and NO, they did NOT comit any crimes, they are the VICTIMS of these crimes.

Just look at the dates of these postings, 10 - 11 years ago!

What have all of you done in the last 10 - 11 years, been perfect little angels? Give me a break, give us all a break.

Move on with your lives and let these people move on with their lives.

Are they the type of people who will let anyone take advantage of them, NO. Will they just sit back and be suckers, NO. If they are wronged, will they prove their innocense, YES. So, if you have a problem with that, then I say that is YOUR problem, NOT theirs.

There are rumors that go around about each and everyone of us at one time or another and should we have to go and justify ourselves each and every time, hell no, and many times they chose to do just that, nothing. Is that a crime? NO. Because they don't bother to justify all the rumors, does that make them guilty? Absolutely NOT.

For those people who have nothing better to do than to listen to gossip, my advice is to get a life!

Have Marc and Jan been out of the country, YES. Why? It's none of your business! But common sense will tell you that if they were wanted criminals, wouldn't they be caught by now especially trying to leave one country to get into another? YES! So, maybe they just wanted to get away from all you idiots and travel and enjoy life. Did that ever occur to any of you? Probably not since they seem to be dealing with you IDIOTS and all the RUMORS you could try and spread about them.

Since it is verifiable that they have had identity theft and have been going through this for years, have you ever considered the fact that these false accusations can be coming from the scums that stole their identity? Again, probably not because that would make too much logical sense to you idiots.

I am with them as we speak and am appauled that this crap is still going on! Don't any of you have a life? Don't any of you have more important things to worry about other than Marc and Jan?

My name is marc cipriano and i am responding to this report written about me by Vacation Paradise rewards owner Steve Muskett also known as Stevie Vegas.  The company is located in Meth influenced Desert Hot Springs, Ca at a run down resort called miracle hot springs.  What a horrible place...you can name your roaches.  My wife and I were brought out there by Steve Muskett to run a vacation club or so we thought.  Nothing was in place.  There was only a joke of a vacation club and a few salespeople laying by the pool.  They offered a rippoff product to the consumer of a license for software instead of a vacation club.  Steve has no clue when it comes to running anything.  I felt sorry for the sales people as they weren't getting paid and were constantly being lied to as were we.  I should of known as this is steves history.  He is a drug addict and consorts with prostitutes and trys to get them to be part of his poker crew.  They all suck.  He was banned from the world series of Poker for trying to steal from them.  We worked at Miracle Hot springsfor a little while and had to fight to get our  money.  all the sales people left in tears and with no money.  We had no choice but to leave too.  I am not perfect and don't claim to be.  I have made many mistakes, but have never stolen or extorted as he claims.  We were just trying to get ahead.  Steve has just opened another rippoff vacation club in Las Vegas and will do the same to you too...beware...
