This is a letter that I wrote to the company after many requests to stop calling me.

I am writing you this letter to inform you of a problem that I have been having with your company over the last two months or so. First, let me tell you that over the last five years or so, I have done mystery shopping with all different types of companies from food, to automobiles, to movie shops, such as with your company. I did one assignment with your company about five months ago, (did a good job, and enjoyed doing it for you.) I understand that from time to time, companies may contact you via email if they are in a jam to assign a shop.
This being said, your company has contacted me on average three to four times a week over the last two months via phone. Over the last month, this has seemed to increase even more. On FOUR separate occasions, I've asked your representatives to stop calling me and let me find assignments on your website, (like every other mystery shopping company in the WORLD). Each of them said they would put a "note on my file". I have called your "customer service center" with my concerns, and received a rude attitude from the representative, and no help whatsoever. I would like to inform you that your system does not work, as I keep receiving phone calls on an almost daily basis.
I work overnights, as I told each of your representatives, and will now tell you it is VERY inconvenient to receive so many calls. I can not even begin to express to you how unprofessional and rude it is that you will continue to wake me up, and totally ignore my repetitive requests, and refuse to put me on your do not call list, and let me find assignments at my own convenience.
I have told each of your representatives that I spoke to, that I didn't want to have to, but if the phone calls were to continue, I would have to cancel my account with your company. After being woken up yet again today, your company has finally forced my hand...
It is for all the reasons above I am letting you know I am canceling my account with you, and will be posting this letter as a negative review of your company online.
This letter does not even begin to explain how upset your company has made me, but it will have to do.
