Martha Ann Pagliari, Attorney Martha A. Pagliari Three Faces Of An Attorney Decoy Agent ! Chicago, Illinois

Martha Ann Pagliari deceitfully held her self out as a Director, Major Case Liability with St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance, St. Paul Travelers Insurance Companies, back in November  2004.  She wrote   response letters to the Administrator of the Estate of Joyce Richardason, and never disclosed the fact that she was an active registered Illinois attorney.  

Back in November 2004, she wrote letters regarding the claims filed with the above insurers, not once did she disclose that she was a partner at Cassiday Schade & Gloor LLP law firm in Chicago, IL.  The law firrm was hired by the insurers named herein to defend Methodist Hospital of Chicago, Bethany Methodist Corporation.
 
What gave rise to the claims was that back on April 8, 2001, Methodist Hospital had an electrical fire causing Joyce Richardaon to be electrocuted in her hospital bed and room.  She sustained sexond and third degree bvurns to 70% of her body, she succumbed to her burns later that night.

May  2001, The estate retained attorney Robert W. Karr Sr. &  Robert W. Karr & Associates, Ltd., to file suit aginst the hospital corporations to protect the claims under Illinois statutory law.  He eventually obtained the claims numbers, but did not disclose it to the family of Joyce Richardason.  

Attorney Robert W. Karr Sr. and attorney Christine Coffman Karr, etc., led the family down a three year litigation trail, then abruptly aborted the law suit just (4) months before trial.  A corrupt Cook County Circuit Court judge allowedthem to withdraw in February 2004, leaving the estate in limbo. 
 
Meantime time, these attorneys knew that Near North Insurance Brokerage, Inc., and Michael Segal, producer/ attorney, third party administrator, sold the hospital corporation commercial general liability insurance policy(s) covering the fire/personal injury claims. 

The conspirator attorneys knew that Michael Segal was being prosecuted for missapropiation of more than $20,000,000 , from insurers/customers premium trust fund account(s) and was heading to prison around June 2004. 

Months later in October 2004, attorney Martha Pagliari was put on notice by one of St. Paul's Naperville, IL claims adjusters, Tracye Luberda, that the estate representative contacted the insurance claims center regarding Joyce Richardson's unpaid claim(s). 

Attorneys Robert W. Karr  Sr., Martha A. Pagliari, Kathleen Morris and one of St. Paul insurance's  claims adjuster, Tracye Luberda, in Naperville, IL, plotted toghether to dirvert the attention of the  estate representstive and have her pursuing non-existing claims, that disapeared from record. 
 
Together attorneys Karr Sr.,  Pagliari, Morris and St. Paul's claims adjuster Tracye Luberda plotted and carried out the diabolical plan to change the original claim number(s) that are covered under the insured hospital's policy(s). 

Rumor had it that the claim number(s) were changed due to merger, St. Paul insurance companies with Travelers Insurance.  However, in 2004, their corporation filings with Minnesota Secretary of State did not indicate a merger and were active St. Paul insurance companies.  

They changed names from St. Paul Insurance, St. Paul Travelers, Travelers Insuranc.e.  The original claim number(s) were riped from the record, replaced with claim numbers not covered under any policy(s).    

The state of Illinois does not require claims adjusters, claims managers to be licensed, thus giving leeway for attorneys in this case to be unregulated and act as decoy to divert insurance claims funds from the claimant's pockets to their own. 

When these attorneys conspired to steal claims funds from the estate, they reasonably should have known that they were stealing from the llinois Medicaid and federal Medicare programs that paid out thousands of dollars for Ms. Richardson's medical care due to fire/ personal injury and hospital liability.
 
Some attorneys see their priviledge to practice law as their opportunity to steal, commit fraud and do other unscrupulous acts against the public and get away with it !  Complaints were filed against most of these attorneys to the Illinois Supreme Court  ARDC . However, they closed them with the quichness and no questions asked.  These crooks know that it is highly unlikey they'll be disciplined, which is why they felt safe stealing.

I know that the bucks don't stop here.  There are others just like them.  These attorneys are criminals and should spend time in prison just like their colleague had to do.  They are not above the law!
