We contracted with Mathews Enterprises to install a cypruss fence for us on May 30th,2014. They requested 50 % down, $1325.00 deposit to pay for the wood (which they stated they had found in Mobile, Al.) We gave them the deposit and got a receipt and a copy of the contract.

They were to begin our fence on June 5th and be done June 6th, 2014. We never saw them again. We've called and Jessie wouldn't answer his phone. I finally got Tim on his cell phone and he stated they were waiting on the wood. This was strange because they said they had the wood when they took our check but needed to pay for it.   Our check was cashed immediately on the day they got it. We've called them, we 've sent them emails, we have sent them certified mail but they won't return our calls or emails and refused our certified mail. We left them messages requesting our money back but have never received it back. It's now August 24th 2014. We saved 2 years to have our fence installed and can't believe any company can still be in business treating customers this way! We too, are a military family, disabled and seniors and feel we were scamed by this company too!

They took our money and never installed a fence. Beware of Mathews Enterprises LLC.
