Mattress Firm or Debbie Hayes No Refund Processed for 21 days birmingham Alabama

I ordered a mattress from mattress.com in December 5th, 2013. I decided to return the mattress without using it a single day. It was still sitting in my garage as delivered. 

Called the company to schedule a refund and a pick up. They came to pick it up on 12/27/13, but the refund is still not issued to my creditcard as of 1/19/14. That's 21 days. This is not acceptable. I contacted them on 1/2/14 and 1/7/14 to ask for the refund, but they are still not refunding it. Giving various excuses and beating around the bush. Debbie Hayes is the one who's playing the game. Stay away from the company and from Debbie Hayes.
