Mattresses2go Matresses2go ripped off single Mom of 5 Glendale, Arizona

A couple of weeks ago I was moving and needed three new twin size matresses with the possibility of one more full and one more queen.I visited matresses2go at 43rd and bell and spoke with Shawn.Since I was going to buy 3 he offered me a discount off his "really nice and soft" twin matress called crazy quilt.the one he showed me was soft,pillow topped with a pretty pattern.I went back a few days later and bought them.instead of the $118.00 each he quoted me he charged me $149.00 each.I called back and point out the mistake.(I also bought an $80.00 pad for my youngest sons bed.Shawn guaranteed me this pad would not leak if my son had an accident.)Shawn said no problem and we could adjust it.One of my sons needed a frame for his bed(a queen size) so Shawn told me he could just discount the frame to the amount i was over charged.I said great I will take it.

I had someone pick up the matresses for me.The 3 i got were no where near what I saw at the store.All three were different and very uncomfortable.I called him right away and he said"We cant help what matresses you get its what ever we get in" I told him at the very least I was going to bring the worst of them in and I want the one I thought I was getting.In the middle of this conversation he stops and said "did you pay for the frame I sold you?"I asked what he was talking about and he said I didnt pay for the difference of the queen frame.When I quoted back to him what he had told me when I got the frame he immediately said "this conversation is over"

I asked him why it was over simply because I quote exactly what he told me.He got even ruder. I told him I needed the correct matresses delivered and he said "yeah ,we never deliver anything for free"I pionted out it was their error and he said he didnt care.I was welcome to bring that one in and exchange if they get the one in i was expecting.

This was three weeks ago.The mattress pad that i bought for my son that he guaranteed wouldnt leak leaked.2 of the matresses are so uncomfortable that my dog wont even lay on it.and one appears to be "collapsing at the frame already"my son is small for his age and only 10 so it isnt a weight issue.

The queen size frame I bought has already had one wheel break off. The store doesnt care now that they have my money and I am stuck with crap.I am a single mom of 5 and this was the only time for a long time I would be able to do this for my children. Please do not go buy anything from Matresses2go once they get your money your on your own.
