Three years ago I bought a McAfee license and the past two years I received an email informing me that my license was successfully renewed. Each time I write them an email informing them that I don't want a renewal for a product that I don't use, never ever they reply on any mail nor do they refund anything. Trying to contact them by phone is a joke, it's just an additional waste of money.
The only solution I see is to cancel the credit card, so they will not be able to charge me next year.
