Medicus Golf Purchase a cd; received other items; no mention of return or need to pay; $10.00 item now $200.00 Vista, California

Received an email to purchase a Stack and Tilt CD for $9.99 plus shipping and handling.  Purchased item.  Received in mail not only the CD but several other CD's and book.  No letter in shipped box noted the items need to be returned in a specific time or full payment due.  Now, they are billing me $40.00 per month until a total of approximately $200 is paid.  I called their customer support and they acknowledged no letter was mailed with the shipping but I should have read the documenation on their on-line purchase website. 

I never would have kept the items and would have returned them immediately if I knew they would cost $200.00.  The company apologized, stated that had received similar complaints but since 60 days had expired by one day, I would be billed for entire amount.  They tried to offer a $10.00 coupon for my troubles!@!@!@!@.
