This company is a joke. There customer service is awful and
so is their product. They will do anything to keep your money. I called to
cancel my "Trial" one day late and wanted a refund and the customer
service representative told me that "if they refunded everyone who wanted
to cancel, who was a day late, they would be refunding people all day!"
They have no return customers and only make money because people forget to
cancel in time. The woman I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude. She
offered me a "courtesy of 50% back and later told me to take it or leave
it and that she would not argue with me any longer. If this were a solid
product that worked they would not treat customers this way. TOTAL SCAM!!!
