I bought a memory stick from MemoryTen in Dec 19, 2013 and paid with PayPal. As no shipping information was given by MemoryTen, I sent several e-mails asking for a tracking #. No replies were given and I opened a complaint with PayPal. After a couple of days, an answer came from MemoryTen providing a tracking #. With that info, I closed the PayPal complaint (gross mistake). The parcel is still undelivered as of Feb 8, 2014. Many e-mails sent to MemoryTen without replies. I tried to reopen the complaint with PayPal but they say it's not possible. So here I am with cash spent and no memory.

Any news, MemoryTen?

It's been 4 weeks since MemoryTen stated that it would start an inquiry with USPS and that would get in contact with the customer with the outcome. So far, I received nothing from MemoryTen. 

MemoryTen could at least inform what is going on...

Customer support from MemoryTen is awful. If you enter your order number in the MemoryTen site, the tracking # is empty. There's a sister site, MemoryX. In this site, the order number is not recognized. There is an "offline chat" that is never answered. I only got answers from MemoryTen in 2 situations: the complaint with PayPal and the Ripoff Report. The USPS tracking # of my order is LZ156392098US so anyone interested can follow-up the results of MemoryTen actions.

Lost Claim

The package appears to have been lost in transit. The tracking number and necessary information was provided to customer weeks ago. Now that we have been told he has not received the package a claim is being filed with the post office and when such claim is resolved by the post office the custoemr will be notified and appropriate action will be taken at that time.

 Customer emails are reesponded to but when we recei more than 15 emails in 1 week from said customer we will not respond to each and every one of them.
