Merdian Care Nursing home Trinity Unprofessional, Uneducated and Uncaring San Antonio, Texas

I have a dear friend that was transferred to this facility from a hospital. I am unable to see her as often as I like but we have a mutal friend that does. She had some kind of a stroke or something, I'm not sure. That was never clarified to me.

Since being in this place she has had several accidents where as she as received several bruises and cuts. The staff won't say how she keeps getting hurt.

She doesn't communicate well but she can if taken the time to understand her. The don't keep her clean. She has a feeding tube which isn't kept clean either.

They don't even try to get her up out of bed. They just let her lie there. They don't even face her toward the T.V. or a window. She's face toward the wall.

I know she can get better but not with these incompitent people. I fear if she continues with the treatment she's getting, she will DIE.

Someone with authority needs to do something to help our loved ones get the care they deserve. Someone needs to do something NOW!!!!!!!
