Merwin Liquor Didn't send protective tube and book with my collector item scotch. Buyer beware Minneapolis Minisota

I ordered a bottle of scotch Laphroaig 15 years old which is now a collectors item from Merwin Liquor as a birthday gift for my dad. It was recently announced that this will be discontinued. When I received my order i was disappointed to find that the protective tube and booklet that ships from the distillery was not included in my order. Based on merwin's web page with the scotch on there nothing led me to believe I wouldn't get the tube and book.

I felt ripped off. I contacted the seller and his reply was that he doesnt ship the tubes. This should be on his webpage where he advertises the scotch.

If you are a collector of rare scotch dont bother shopping at merwin liquor from Minnesota.

Oh and heads up these people dont try real hard to combat underage drinking. At no time was I required to show proof of age even when I signed for the package. I dont look 21+ at all.

Just a side note I wouldn't really care about something petty like a tube and smaill miniature booklet but this was a gift from me to my dad for his collection and he has a pretty extensive collection of scotch and he has all the original packaging for everything he has. This bottle sticks out like a sore thumb.
