MGR SOLUTIONS - MGR TODAY ripoff dishonest fraudulent HOUSTON TEXAS

I was gullible and believed MGR Solutions. On 16 Sept they received my check for $449.00. On 26 Oct, they received my paperwork. Both sent certified mail.

I am a disabled veteran and needed the money for a business I want to start. On 10-5-06 I sent them an email. Received a response on 10-6-06.

On 1-31-07, I spoke with someone and they said I would receive something any day. I called again on 2-12-07 and spoke with Jacob. he said I would receive my grant in 7 to 14 days.

On 3-6-07, I spoke with Steven Bryant. He told me the people I spoke with were not doing their jobs properly and were fired. He passed my request to a supervisor named Brent Parker. He said Mr. Parker would call me no later than 3-7-07. Mr. Parker never called.

I called again on 3-12-07 and left a message... no response.

I sent an email on 3-22-07 stating I will be contacting my attorney, No response.

On 3-29-07, my attorney sent them a certified letter. The letter was returned... refused

On 4-18-07 I called and spoke with Shawn Dixon. He said he would research my account and call me back within an hour and a half. Shawn Dixon never called back.

4-19-07 I called and spoke with John Williams. He said they were still waiting to find the best match for my request.

4-23-07 spoke with Shawn Dixon again. He passed my request on to a MR. Hernandez his supervisor. Imagine my shock when I received a call from Mr. Hernandez 15 minutes later. He told me my request was approved for the amount I requested and he would be emailing me the information so I can contact the approver and get the funds. He also said he would send me copies of the profile and proposal they sent out on my behalf. As of 6-14-07, I have not received anything.

4-30-07 Spoke with John Williams again. I gave him my email address again and he said he would send out the information immediately.. nothing yet.

5-01-07 starting today, I have left daily messages for return calls because my calls go directly to voicemail now, and have not received anything as of 6-14-07.

To my shame, I must admit that I got really frustrated and upset and started leaving nonsensical messages and music on their voicemail hoping to fill it up and finally get a return call.

For this, I apologize to MGR Solutions.

If anyone out there knows of an attorney that would take this on as a class action lawsuit... Please let me know.....

I am going to continue to call and leave messages
