To say Michael Knight is a thief is completely untrue. He is deeply committed to the cause of his company.

The writer of the article has no basis for his accusations. He has never been asked for investment money, never done business with the company does not know the investors to make such bold accusations.

 Why he would want to try and hurt the company which has neve done anything to hurt him is beyond me

Micel does what any entrepreneur does, tries to raise invesment money. I have never heard of any complaints about investors being threatened. This ripoff report says he continues to provide proper investment agreements, then it says he threatens investors with no proper agreements. Quite a contraversial statement.

I know several investors and never heard any of them speak of any accusations in the rip off report.

Michael is the driving force behind the company,which is trying to improve lives and heal people with its product. I love the product and have no regrets

This rip off report was written by an individual, (Robert Armstrong) who has a personal vendetta against Michael Knight.  If you read the allegations, this bitter and angry man never brings a complaint against the company. He has had no business dealings with the company, and no negative transactions, in fact no transactions at all. This is a personal attack, made out of pure jealousy. His statements are false and he would be hardpressed to provide any proof of his allegations to back them up. Mr Knight has never stolen money from me or anyone, let alone half a million dollars.

I am a part owner of this company and have willingly invested in the product, because I truly believe in the validity thereof.

As you read this report, with its false allegations of theft and deceptions, you can clearly see that the individual, (posing as  "Director of Litigation" even though he was unemployed at the time) is vindictive and spiteful and has taken this to a personal level. He is an angry alcoholic, who wishes Mr Knight harm, out of pure jealousy.

Mr Knight has never done anything to harm the man, in fact Michael helped him during his over 18 months of unemployment, by giving him gifts of clothing. Michael trained him on his product free of charge and included him on the team as an R & D specialist at one point.

In return, he stole money from Michael's bank account and has to date, never offered to repay any of it. Michael could have prosecuted, but never did

Robert will stop at nothing to hurt people of whom he is envious. I can't remove this report, but I can unequivocally state that the attack has nothing to do with the business, which is still in its start up phase and provides an outstanding product. This is not a valid ripoff report, because Robert was not ripped off and no-one ever asked him to act on their behalf to complain about the company (or Michael). He is trying to do the company as much harm as he can to prevent it's success
