michal tire plus extreme labor cost louisville Kentucky

I bought 2 tires and had an 4 wheel alianment for my daughters car, tires were 60 each ,alienment 69 it was 79 they had a special 10 off labor charges,when I got the bill he told me the left tie rod was 3 threads loose, I knew this I put it on a cotter pin holds the bolt on he asked if i wanted it tightened up i said ok,(3 threads) I got the bill paid it got home thought about how high it was280 and some change 72.99 labor mind you free insallation on tires and the 10 off labor special , so i calles the managerand questioned the labor ,

he gave the excuse that i did'nt really pay that he took off the tire warrentiies,wrong the charges were on the bill 9 per tire. He finnally admitted he charged 48 DOLLARS to turn that tie rod bolt 3 turnsthat took no more than 3 minutes then he started offering me 50 to make me happy which i declined i did not want to go look at this guy i might have went to jail bottom line watch every little charge they put on the bill Michal tire WILL ripp you off they are the reason no body trust these auto repair places
