Cynergy Telecom Management is a telecom sales agent, represented under a master sales agreement with www.telarus.com. Cynergy is owned & managed by 2 racist, plastic gangster wannabes named Michael Emanuelo & Jeff Cohen.

After executing a "partner" agreement with Cynergy, my company was responsible for acquiring the largest clients (hotel chains & banks) Cynergy has ever had. Mike & Jeff were quick to take all credit for selling these accounts, but actually did not contribute anything at all to acquire these clients. Instead, they lied about receiving $53,000 in compensation that is due to my company, as well as refusing to honor the $21,000 credit to one of the banks so they could keep the money for themselves.

In addition, they recently fired the sales rep my company had been working with, so have refused to pay him as well. Instead, Mike & Jeff decided to coerce a Windstream sales representative into fabricating an email that seemed to support their attempt to abuse the legal system, trying to get an emergency temporary restraining order to keep him quiet. In a recent ruling, the Cobb County Superior Court denied Mike & Jeff's ridiculous request, stating there was absolutly no evidence supporting any of their fictitious claims.

Cynergy Telecom, Mike Emanuelo & Jeff Cohen, are now being sued for their actions in the same court.
