I was a customer of Milner, Milner sells and services Ricoh copiers, at first they seemed to be a good company but as months passed after the copier sale they started to send technicians who told me they didnt have a clue about the machine and that the company stiil wanted them to work on it.It seemed that the copies were never clear like it was when we first bought the machine.We found out that Milner was making their own toner and shipping the bootleg toner to our office.

A technician from Milner told us that the Ricoh toner is supposed to be used in the Ricoh copier and that is why our copy quality has suffered.He also told us that the rollers and drums that milner used was not Ricoh parts but infact was parts that was bootleg that would fit in the machine but would not work like the Ricoh parts would.We called Milner and they wanted to assure us that they would ship Ricoh Genuine toner and parts from now on.We still have recieved non genuine brand toner and technicians continue to change parts that are non Ricoh.Stay away from this company,they are very dishonest and they do not give good service at all.
