Mister Mover, LLC Caused extensive damage to household goods Cleveland, Ohio

What a complete nightmare!  They moved us from a 1 bedroom in downtown Cleveland to a condo about 2 & 1/2 blocks away and managed to cause over $2,000.00 in damage to our furniture!  The 2 guys that showed up (late) to do the move (in a rented U-Haul) also wasted about an hour in the parking lot smoking, drinking soda & chatting-up the occasional female passing by.  They also damaged our hardwood floor in the condo (2 deep grooves) & even managed to rip a base board heater off the condo hallway wall!  after they finished the move we realized we were missing one of our large Ficus plants... we later found it in the middle of W 10th ST!  Well, all of this occurred on June 27, 2012 and since then, Kristina (Kristi) Fretter, Mister Mover Managing Member has lied about repairs and ignored numerous calls & emails; the only time she answered was when I called from another cell! Protect your material goods... DO NOT HIRE MISTER MOVER!  I wouldn't even recommend them to my ex mother-in-law!
