Morgan Properties "Country Village Apartments, DE" Charged me after living their for five years and paying over $46,000.00. To paint the place and replace the carpet. Dover Delaware

I lived at country Village apartments for five years me and my famliy. We payed our rent every month for five years. I payed country village over $46,000.00 dollars doing the time I stayed their. Apond moving out not only did I not get my depoist back there charged me Extra.

I was charged for painting the place and replacing the carpet. I do not think it is fair to the customer to pay for fair wear and tear. I reported things wrong in the apartment a number of times some got fixed some did not.

Try this one you are using the bathroom and water is coming from upstairs though the vent in the bathroom on your back. That's just one of the things I had to go though. I reported it they came and fixed it they say and two weeks later here comes the water again.

This time though both bathrooms. When I questioned the front office about my depoist I was told it's being held to replace the carpet and to paint the place. You would think that $46,000.00 dollars would cover that.

But as the little man I get dumped on by the people I have just payed over $46,000.00 over the five years I rented from them. When I asked the lady at the front office where does that money go to I was told not to worry about it.

Then to top all that off when other renters call Country Village about me being a renter they trash my name so I can not get another place for me and my famliy to live. Now if you think that is fair there has to be something wrong. I had no problems until I moved out of their apartment.

Get 46,000.00 dollars out of me over five years then kick me when I am down this not what I call good business, I believe poeple should know about renters who take your money but do not give a hoot about you or your family. I will not make that mistake again.

Just goes to show you that even if your a veteran whom fought for your Country you still do not get a break.
