Mortgage Mitigation Law Office guarantee to get my loan modified for $2,500.00. The guaranteed that if your loan does not get modified that you will recieve ALL of your money back. The company send you a retainer stating that they will return you money of you loan is not modified. I also have an email from William Guarino stating that this is true.

My mortgage company denied my loan modification and Mortgage Mitigation Law Office refuses to REFUND MY MONEY!!!! I have left several message for William Guarino, Betty Willis, and Patrick Drury. It has been over a year and I still have not recieved my money!!! These people are scam artist!!! Do not trust them!!!
