Although your wildly false and ridiculous accusations do not deserve to be dignified with a response, I feel that because of their nature, I must respond.

How convenient that instead of addressing any of the real issues raised here, such as: repeatedly billing customers without authorization, not providing a real and useful product, improper licensing, refusing to pay ex-employees for hours worked, tax evasion, and other illegal/criminal activity, you would rather turn this into a three-ring circus of wildly false accusations, libel, and disgusting hypocrisy.

I have many friends and former co-workers who would vouch for my work ethic and general character. I don't think Chuck could find any to attest on his behalf, unless they are of course his immediate family under his direct control.

Regarding your ridiculous and utterly false accusations of my being involved with child pornography, if that were actually true, I am baffled as to why you would not have filed criminal charges against me already and have the police knocking on my door.

Considering the fact that I was around your children for some time, if I were you I would have reported such activity to the police faster than you can blink, most certainly before posting anything to the ripoff report warning you of such.

The reason you haven't is of course because all of your accusations are completely untrue. I am responding to the reports that I've been reading. I am a customer who is satisfied with the service I received. I had been contacted and I signed up for the service that was explained to me. I'm not sure about other customers, but when I was signing up, I listened to what I would be receiving because the money I was going to be paying is a lot for me, and I wanted to be sure I was going to get what I paid for. Which i did. I receved all that the salesperson and supervisor said I was going to be getting. I did sell my car with the service, but even if I hadn't, I wouldn't be able to say it was becuase of the business practices. I was referred to these reports, because as I was looking up other vehicles that I thought I might want to buy, and I found that I should come here.

I can't beleive that what I'm reading is from actual people. Reading these reports is better than any of the soap operas that I watch. It's seems that it's a tit for tat between a few people out to ruin each others lives. It all seems so crazy, that I'm not sure if any of it is true, or people just messing around. You say you have proof? Well, having my identity stolen a few years ago, and knowing all that I had to go through to get it resolved, any person smart enough, or corrupt enough can produce "proof". As you may have read on many posts here, Chuck screwed alot of people. I being another one of them. I worked very hard next to Mr. Delgado through out the Las Vegas escapades of MZUSA. I left the "establishment" when an employee notified me of a "planned" b***h session, planned by Mr.Doucette and Mr. Greg Robertson. I had decided that ehough was enough.

After having 3 paychecks bounce back to back to back and the owners of the company not recouping my checks. I left very peacfully, leaving the car I was purchasing from the company in the parking lot and returning all of the keys to the office and vehicle in the office.

When I had asked for the money back on the car I was no longer owner of (reason why I returned it was becasue Greg Robertson had already physycally assulted an ex employee over a vehicle.) and I also asked for the pay for the week I had worked and the money for the bad paychecks. I was replied to in a manner from Mr.Doucette which was less than professional. Something to the tune of "If you go to the irs, employment office or anyone I will send my brother after you." And numerous other threats along with Framing me for the Ebay auctions in which Mr.Doucette did not fulfill on. Numerous times I had tried to fix that problem but was ordered to forget about it.

Well I did not and did my best to make the customers happy and I do have records to prove as such. Numerous other times I had tried to get Mr.Doucette to make right on his debt to me and the last response I got on that was "I will make sure you are respoinsible for Ebay" and many other threats, I have email copies of all of this.

So many occasions I had seen Mr.d****ette take fresh company funds to support his drug habbit. And then when there wasn't money for payroll the chopping block would come out or they would find a way to not pay a comission to a salesman. I myself having had handled customer service knew of the terrible amount of misrepresentation and on numerous occasions tried to implement a solution in the means of a mis-rep contract.

I was blown off. I realized that Chuck was a CON AND A SCAM ARTIST when having an after work meeting in his home, or on one of the many occasions when I would cart him around or pick his children up from school for him. Anyway I digress, just showing more of his irresponsibility. The man was sitting around with Greg trying to find more ways to steal peoples money with a sweepstakes scam and numerous other vindictive ideas.

As I have stated in many other posts people don't sit around and let this blow over. Take action and put an end to at least one CON. I will be more than glad to assist anyone in their handling of this situation.

Regardless of the alleged independent contractor status they try to impose on you, you were an EMPLOYEE. I know this for a fact.

File a wage claim with both the state DOL, and the USDOL. Do not mention anything about them saying you are an independent contractor, let them say it.

Now go to the IRS office or website and get the SS-8 form "Determination of Worker Status". I can guarantee it will come back that you were an employee and these jerks will get nailed by the IRS for 100% of your SS contributions and taxes, and penalties. They will get audited on every other employee too. They will also have to pay unemployment insurance and workmans comp back to day one!

This is how you handle your situation. Go for blood. And maybe some jailtime. You could even get a RICO case going very easily.

I am officially announcing that I am no longer affiliated with Charles Doucette or any of his companies in any way, shape or form. I have severed all ties with Mr. Doucette for my own protection, and I encourage anyone involved with him to do the same.

Skylet, to address you in particular: I am not "Mr. Z". I had not posted here again, until now in response to you. I was going to just let things go, get on with my own life, and allow you, your father Charles, and Debbie to hang yourselves with your own rope... but if you want to call me out publicly and try to smear my name, then you are also insisting that I be the executioner in this charade, because I cannot let it continue this way. So be it.

After what happened the evening of the 13th of August, I owe neither you nor Charles Doucette anything. Charles locked me in a room with him in the basement of his house on Cooper Street in Colorado Springs and threatened me with a large kitchen knife, saying he would kill me right then and there if I didn't write him a check for everything in a bank account that was solely in my name. I recorded him with my cellphone admitting that he "had to" do that, and yes, the Colorado Springs police have that proof as well on audiotape. I challenge Debbie to take a lie detector test and say that she did not see Chuck grab a knife from the kitchen and run downstairs to the room I was in, closing and locking the door. This incident also happened in front of Charles' three young children, ages 8, 11, and 14. I'm not sure which of the kids actually witnessed him grab the knife and run downstairs, but I know Debbie saw him do it because even though I was downstairs, I heard her scream and beg him not to do it.

I wasn't kicked out of that house; I left under police protection because your father Charles threatened to stab me to death while cornering me in a room where I was trapped, unarmed, and defenseless... not to mention that this happened after I came back to that house from working on a library computer managing eBay auctions and talking to customers (I have the phone records to prove it), while Chuck, you, and everyone else in that house were probably sitting around getting stoned. I suppose that's what being a "grown man" is all about? You and Chuck want to accuse me of stealing? I'd like to see your proof. Matter of fact, I would love nothing more than for you and your scum-of-the-earth con-artist father to sue me for this $5,000 that I allegedly "stole" from you. I would have a field day airing out Chuck's dirty laundry in front of a judge, and not feel an ounce of guilt about it. Why? I'll tell you.

It's easy to feel justified in showing the public who Charles Doucette really is after giving him almost two years of my life, continually working 60+ hours a week for next to nothing, only to have him threaten my life because he had convinced himself I was "stealing". Tell me something Skylet, I suppose you think Charles taking company money to support his $300 - $700+ PER WEEK weed habit isn't stealing? Or maybe you buy what he says about never getting paid himself? That's total BS and you know it. Why don't you ask Chuck why he didn't/doesn't take that money to pay his employees, including you? That's just about 1-2 full paychecks per week. Skylet, you worked hard too; both you AND I deserved to be paid more than the pathetic pittance we were given. The difference is I was wising up to Chuck's game (took me long enough), and I stood up for myself, so he decided it was okay to try to intimidate me into emptying out the Zero Down Motors business bank account and giving it all to him. His name isn't on that account. This came after I tried to re-negotiate my pay so I wouldn't have to move back to Florida completely broke after I resigned my position. Yeah, I spent the time trying to work all that out just to keep "stealing" from you. Please, Skylet, he's got you brainwashed. That tantrum Chuck threw was unacceptable... basically it proved that he was unwilling to make a sacrifice for only three weeks for someone who had stuck by him for a year and a half through just about everything imaginable. There would have been more profit on a weekly basis if Chuck didn't smoke it all. What makes you think he won't do something similar to you?

I'm sure you're going to accuse me of smoking weed too, but I can show exactly where all the money I had control over went. Unfortunately, most of it I handed over to Charles without question, for payroll. Quite a bit of the rest (which wasn't much) I spent on gas for YOUR Jeep, diapers for YOUR kids, drinks & food here and there for the house we lived in, as well as company bills and the like. How about you and Chuck and I compare bank statements in front of a judge? Won't that be fun! There will probably be representatives attending from Chase Bank, Central Bank, maybe even Washington Mutual. Aren't you proud to be a "part-owner" now, Skylet? I wonder how far in the hole your own father will put your credit before he moves on to his next victim. I doubt Debbie can get a checking account in her own name now because of how much check fraud she and Chuck committed to finance that move to Colorado Springs. I have names & numbers of people Chuck double/triple-billed with drafts through his checking account, and your account too most likely... some of them customers from a year ago who had already paid in full. Boy am I glad my name isn't on any of those accounts. Feeling uncomfortable yet, Sky?

By the way, I was never an owner of Motor Zoo USA... the only company I had ownership in was Zero Down Motors. Now I have to deal with chargeback issues and the risk this whole fiasco poses to my personal credit. I'm willing to deal with that and work a job to pay back people who did not receive what they paid for... I'd much rather do that than continue to be associated with a criminal con-man who uses people and then spits them out with contempt. I was the most loyal person that ever worked with your father, Skylet, loyal to a fault. I stuck with him through a year and a half of ridiculously low pay, bouncing paychecks, temper tantrums, fake partners, pissed-off employees who were fired and given bogus checks, and then getting no help at all. When the business nearly failed after Greg was involved, I stepped in and assumed ownership to save it because I believed in the business idea and what I was trying to do.

Chuck will no doubt say that he gave me the help I needed to fulfill properly and provide customer service, and that I was the one dropping the ball all the time. Charles, I'm sorry, even though he tried, your 14-year old son isn't sufficient to help carry a business that sells itself as a full-service advertising agency. Was Debbie much help? She used to be, until you conned her into being your personal slave.
You will no doubt say that I changed and was much more unproductive after assuming the merchant account and starting Zero Down Motors, but that's just another pathetic excuse to point the finger at someone other than yourself. While you sat at home and smoked joint after joint, how long did you think I was going to run the office, handle ALL of the technical issues (from building computers & networks over and over again to designing websites to running servers), doing customer service, managing keyword accounts, managing eBay auctions, managing leads for the sales reps, designing marketing materials & emails, doing mailers, training people (who never stayed), running errands such as obtaining proper business licensing, banking, applying for merchant accounts, spending hours dealing with the phone company and phone issues, saving the business hundreds if not thousands of dollars by re-negotiating bills with creditors, helping you move multiple times... the list goes on and on... all for less than minimum wage? Then on top of that you expect me to do ALL of the phone wiring for the new office in Colorado, but all of a sudden you can't afford to pay me the salary we agreed on just a few hours earlier? You know how much the phone company charges for that, but no, of course you know Paul will do it for free because he's the only one competent yet gullible and trusting enough to do that.

You inviting me to stay at your house to "save money" was only an excuse to pay me less than a living wage. I sacrificed, among other things, a beautiful condo in Las Vegas to move to Utah with you and re-build the business, yet you couldn't sacrifice one iota to make sure that I didn't leave my experience with you completely empty-handed. It's amazing to me that I put up with being your indentured servant for as long as I did. Dollar and a dream, right? I feel stupid and gullible for believing in you, Chuck. I can only hope that your daughter Skylet and "fiancee" Debbie wise up to who you really are and go their own way before you ruin their lives more than you already have.

Having so much work and responsibility with no equivalent compensation would be unacceptable to anyone, not just me. Charles Doucette is now under investigation in Utah County, Utah, for check fraud and account abuse. This is only the beginning. I think you should move your "business" to Tupper Lake, NY. It would fit right in!

You do no advertising to attract customers. You build your "business" off the backs of others. You scan the legitimate advertising sources for your "leads" and harass people with multiple calls offering a "service" they don't want.

After all, they already went to the legitimate business who paid for the advertising and other resources to get that customer to list thier vehicle, and for much less than you attempt to do it for. There is no such thing as a $500 for sale ad.

Your "business" is a scam, as are you.

If you have a legitimate business, that would mean you would at least have a business license, a physical business address, and a listed LOCAL business telephone#. Not one of those stand alone 800#'s that you can take with you. Also, in this business, you would have a website for customers to come to you and place an ad online.

Well here is another lovely report I must add to. Mr. Charles Doucette is trying to get out of paying someone else for their time and effort. Same thing he did to me, him and his neanderthat assistant Greg Robertson who had decided to rip me off to the tune of over $1200 and a vehicle I was purchasing. Oh yes there were threats of bodily harm, and framing me for things that they did not want to take responsibility for.....IE: EBAY. Which is an entirely differnt issue which I won't mention here.

What I will mention is the integrity and intentions of the individual implicated here. Charles Doucette is and always will be a con. Many of times I have sat with him in his office or home and listened to him plan a new way to get consumers to give him their money, none of which had even an inkling of promise to fulfill. Many time I watched Mr. Doucette take fresh company funds and deposit them into his pocket and or lungs...... instead of in the company coffers.

Which in turn lead to bouncing paychecks, and the termination of hard working employees whom they couldnt afford to pay. One of which was a pregnant woman and it was ohh Dec 23rd and the both of them wanted to fire this poor girl and not pay her..... Well she got fired but got paid a phony check. Many times Mr. Doucette and Mr. Robertson had ordered employees to re-process checks which were stop payment or something similar.

They would never discipline the sales reps for misrepresentation and in fact they came up with new lies for the reps to dupe the consumers. There is a huge paper trail, all one needs to do is follow it..... or ask me. This has got to stop. Maybe his new fiancee would like to meet his ex wife..... I got a bus ticket for her.

Which in turn means I quit is her words. I am going to file all of this stuff too. If anyone else would like to contact me that knows this SCUM let me know

One Stop Motors was the original scam run by this creep in Las Vegas. Search here on Rip Off Report as well as a general internet search and see about a hundred complaints on them.

One Stop Motors / MotorZoo / WildCard Motors are all just new scams by the same scammer. Everytime it gets a little too hot, good old Charles and his gang of thieves just pick up and open a new scam in a new location.

Do the SS-8 right away, as it will get the IRS on his back, and may create an audit of all business owned or operated by good old Charles.

Be sure to file the wage claim too...this is the only way to stop this freak. get as many goverment agencies on his back as you can. Be sure to contact both your state DOL and the USDOL. They are 2 different agencies with different rules and jurisdiction.

I understand that this clown "hires" you as an "independent contractor". Disregard this B.S., as you ARE an employee. Just because you signed an "independent contractor" agreement, does not make it so.

I can guarantee you that you meet the definition of an employee. You should go to the IRS website, or your local IRS office and get the form SS-8, "Determination of Worker Status". I can guarantee you it will come back with a determination that you were an employee, then he will have you pay back SS for you and his share, as well as prove workman's comp coverage, and unemployment insurance and make back premium payments.

Stay off the phone, and do not go back to the location. Communicate only in writing by certified mail, return reciept requested. Put the certified# on the letter itself.

File the Wage Claim ASAP. Get the ball rolling to get this clown investigated. DO the SS-8 Immediately, even before the wage claim.

As far as the required 80 hours goes, where did this "requirement" come from? You are required by federal and state law to be paid for ALL hours worked.

Crack this scam wide open, and laugh all the way to the bank. Oh yeah, the DOL will launch an investigation and bring him in to compliance with all other past and present "employees". The fines are pretty big too!

They are personally afraid to have the new employees know anything about them.. I went in today and they threatened to call the police on me which they did not do but I did do for them after one of them threatened bodily harm on my passenger in my car.
