After my car broke down far from my home they were the nearest auto repair.I called them, they helped with towing and diagnosed bad fuel pump. As it was late repair was scheduled for next day and they promised to call me with more detailed info and options.I rent a car, went back home and to work next morning,no calls,so I called-they were still working on it,finally they called saying that"it is done!We put a new pump."

I picked up the car, drove back about 60 miles, little rough but OK.Next morning car started up after several attempts, was stalling, died in the middle of a highway-I managed to go to work and back home (15 miles round)but it was frightening nightmare.

Next morning(Sunday)I called them explaining the situation and the need to see car mechanics again and holding them responsible if at fault.Store Manager said that their work is guaranteed and wanted to see the car.As I was not able to drive that far he could not help and that was the end of conversation.

Next morning I started up before 6 o`clock to avoid traffic, arrived at the shop(car were dying dozens of times),waited in freezing weather nearly two hours-diagnosis was malfunctioning fuel pump.I asked to look at this new pump and they found that the pump was old!I took pictures and called Mr.Tire manager again, and NOW he said that he does not trusted "strange people"and I should go to original Goodyear store. This shop of mine is licensed and long established business, they took good care of me-after trying cheaper aftermarket part they ordered original fuel pump from Ford dealer, informing me and asking for approval before it,and still charging less than Mr.Tire.

Manager from Moorestown said that I saw the whole assembly and the pump they replace is inside,my mechanic said it is (Inappropriate Content Removed),inside is only a motor that not cost $199.99 as put as"fuel pump"on the bill.
That why I think the whole story is a ripp-off.
