MultyElectronics, Inc at cost. 30% or more off other retailer's prices...today only...no problem exchanging New York, New York

I bought a Kodak M522 camera and was told that it was a real bargain and that I was going to be saving 30% or more off of what other retailers sell for, including J&R, BH Photo and amazon.com...I was also told that it was for one day only and if I wasn't 100% satisfied that I could return the camera for a store credit in the full amount, regardless of what the receipt said on it...

I feel like such an idiot...I paid a whopping $299.99 plus tax for a total of $326.61...I needed a camera fast for work and someone recommended the Kodak for the particular purpose (photos of clothes) because they owned one and said it worked great...they didn't say how much they paid..I would have been reimbursed from my job, until I handed my supervisorthe receipt and she went online and found the exact camera for $79.99 at amazon.com and $89.99 at ToysRUs (to add to my humiliation and anger)...that's a mark-up of almost 400%!!! I have the recieptand angry face to prove it of course...

I went back to Multy Electronics and was told that the salesman that had sold me the camera was no longer employed and that he was the ONLY one who could honor the original deal...I spotted him hanging out on the street a few yards away smoking  a cigarette...I left the store and watched...the salesman who was supposedly no longer employed entered the store a few minutes later...I waited 10 minutes and went back in...the salesman said that he NEVER made such a deal...when I confronted the man who claimed to be the owner, he said that I must have heard him AND the salesman wrong (even though he had told me only 20 minutes prior that the salesman was no longer employed)...he claims that what he said was that the salesman wasn't" there at the moment"

I became angry and demanded that they honor the original deal...I was asked to leave their store or they would have me arrested!

arrested??? I bought a camera from them 9 days prior to this incident for $250 more that it was worth and they threatened to have me arrested if I didn't leave immediately...

I'm a fool...they are crooks...please don't be a fool like me...
