Serge Soussan and his wife Deanne Landsberg own My Blankee Inc a Los Angeles based manufacturer of baby blankets and accessories. Once the baby blanket supplier to Hollywood celebrities featured in People Magazine, the company has declined since its good times a decade ago due to mismanagement and corporate arrogance exacerbated by the intractable personal and marital problems of Serge Soussan and Deanne Landsberg.

My Blankee Inc staff is led Serge Soussan’s loyal lieutenants Antonio Astudillo and Olga Reyes who enable Serge Soussan’s fraudulent conduct. The company has come into severe financial distress in recent years. Both Serge Soussan and his wife Deanne have engaged in a systematic pattern of screwing Veronique Soussan out of her rightfully earned commissions. Misinformation and misreporting of sales to keep Veronique in the dark, emotional outbursts instead of getting down to business. And when Veronique attempted to assert her rights under her agreement with Serge Soussan, his wife Deanne Landsberg accused her of harassment and threatened to call the police. Serge Soussan screamed at her, “I don’t give a s**t about you! I won’t pay you! You don’t need the money.” Serge Soussan even conjured up a panic attack and a heart attack so that he could avoid his obligations and his responsibilities, leaving Veronique Soussan in great difficulty in servicing a large export customer she had developed over more than a year.

And she did more than sell for her brother and sister-in-law. Veronique spent three months also reorganizing the company website so that she could increase sales that had been sabotaged by a poorly conceived website. Her work was so good that the slower moving full time graphics designer left the company because she was not needed. Being an apparel industry veteran with over 25 years of experience, Veronique added value to My Blankee Inc in many many ways across the business.

Thousands of emails she diligently sent to hundreds and hundreds of customers who had stopped doing business with the company. And her efforts paid off, helping My Blankee Inc get back into the game. When Veronique arrived to help recover the wholesale customer website, there were 25 active customers of various sales revenue generation levels, when she was terminated there were 670. Meanwhile the company was wasting hundreds and hundreds of thousands of dollars on information technology and website building projects of dubious value.

It was at the time Veronique began to earnestly seek her rightfully earned commissions that her fraudster brother Serge Soussan terminated her on February 4, 2014, also saying that she should take her orders and start her own company. Then realizing that she would do exactly that, he begged her to come back, but when Veronique presented a commercially reasonable proposal prepared with the aid of an experienced business turnaround and crisis management expert, Serge Soussan was not interested in any arrangement that placed any level of discipline and accountability on him or gave any security for Veronique as to payments for commissionable sales that she generated. Serge Soussan then closed down Veronique’s company email box and access to the company wholesale website after having successfully manipulated her into delaying her new company organization efforts and keeping her major customers in his universe in hopes that she would feel sorry for him and return to the fold and let him screw her over some more.

Serge Soussan is not interested in managing My Blankee Inc on a professional basis and neither of his loyal lieutenants Antonio Astudillo or Olga Reyes has any interest in this either so long as they get their paychecks and their pay raises even if these come on the backs of screwed over salespeople and sales representatives.
