My Ex Husband Why can my Ex Husband get off so easy with Wayne County FOC Warren, Michigan

It seems my Ex husband could get away with murder in Wayne County.  The man owes me more than $30,000, I get a show cause hearing he doesn't show (as usual for the loser) and they give him a bench warrant.  They pick his a*s up, bench warrant goes away and the loser doesn't pay again.  It has been the same cycle for years upon years.  It is almost like the loser knows someone there that gets him off with a slap every time.

We need something to change in this county to make DEADBEATS (and trust me this loser is the biggest deadbeat in the world!!!) accountable.  I honestly think that they should have a work camp for these creatures!!! If they don't want to have a real job, if they want to live off their wife/husband so they don't have to pay their obligation and live like they are 5 with no responsibilities; then put them in a camp, make them work until they pay up what they owe and then send them back to their spouse.  It is not fair that one person has to take care of the child/children with their pay (have to try to work two jobs) to make sure that necessities are met.  Also it is not fair to the spouse of the responsible one, especially if they have children of their own.

The only ones that really get hurt from deadbeats are the kids.  They are the ones that miss out on things because the responsible one has to make cuts in the budget so we can have a place to live, water in the home and heat in the winter.  So they don't get to do fun things (unlike the loser in question who gets to live like the 5 year old he is) and they don't get to take trips to places to learn and see new things, they don't get to go to the movies as often with their friends and they don't get to have the cool things their friends have because a home, heat and other things need to come first.  

A change is needed and I hope one day a change comes because as my kids get older, there are other ones coming into this world with loser deadbeats parents.  How long will our kids have to suffer because of these irresponsible ones?
