My daughter got her hair dyed by Lisa at N&T Hair Straight located at 12918-127 St in Edmonton, Alberta. The Stylist and I use that term lightly, left the solution on my daughter's hair for over 2 hours and over processed it and my daughter was left with so much breakage her beautiful long hair is going to have to be cut off. The person who runs the Salon and the Stylist in question is named Lisa. She actually took the money for the dye job BEFORE she dyed my daughter's hair. Has anyone out there ever heard of someone asking for the money BEFORE the hair style is completed? HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE results. And then to make matters worse she REFUSED to refund my daughter's money after she saw how badly she ruined my daughter's hair! STAY AWAY
