To everyone who will read this:

I hope that you have found this website before you have purchased a Health care policy from National Association of Business Leadership (NABL) This company is a complete fraud and I hope that anyone who has been affected will take the time to post complaints on multiple webistes so that others are not taken and ripped off.

I, like many others was look ing for personal/private insurance coverage, I had entered my imformation online to recieve quotes from several  Health Insurance companies before coming in contact with NABL. The enrollment specialist I spoke to gave me a quote and I asked if she could call me back within the hour so that I could get to a computer and she could give me their website as well as walk me through it so I could see which providers were participants. She was reluctant but agreed to call me back, before she could call me back someone else from the company called with a lower quote, I mentioned to her that I had spoke to someone else and they had agreed to walk me through the website, she then stated that " she does not know why the other representative had told me that" and that she could tell me if my Doctor was a participant of the beechstreet network. I was only particially ok with that and I still insisted that she give me the website. She was quite annoyed although she tried to hide it. I was able to find my Dr. on the website and I even called the Dr. office the next day to verify and it was confirmed that they participated so I thought NABL had to be ok. Boy was I wrong!

I started to encounter problems with the company well before my effective coverage date. It first started when I called the member services number to ask a few questions about benefit coverage. I could not get anyone on the line; the phone would just keep ringing and ringing, sometimes it would just ring until it automatically hung up. There was also not a voice message to indicate to consumers that they are calling a place of business. A message would come on that said: "the subscriber you have reached is not available" as if it were a cell phone. There had been times that I was not able to call the number from my home phone. Now they finally have a automated message indicating it is a place of business but the message comes on over and over stating that they are experiencing high call volume and no live person ever comes to the phone, even after 50 min of waiting! There are several numbers this company has and they all lead to the same place, (whereever that is) I even asked for the corporate number and the messsage was similar and noone ever called back.

The benefits folder that came in the mail was flimsey and made of cheap paper, inside there were only of few documents and one health card with and unofficial looking logo in the corner that read NABL which is very blurry in appearence.

Every sence I had this plan I have recieved a bill after every Doctors visist. The lab has not been paid for any of the services I had done and I have been enrolled sence February. I had also went to pick up a perscription last week and was told that I was no longer covered and I was not able to get my perscription, it took me several days to get intouch with someone regarding the perscirption part of this plan, I was told that I should have recieved new cards in the mail but I had not recieved anything.

I initially purchased this plan rather than a major repetable insurance because they were the only company who claimed to still provide maternity coverage even as a perexsisting condition. To  any other ladies who are pregnant and may be reading this, please cancel this policy before going to the hospital to deliever because I am guessing that your costs will NOT be paid for.

I have filed a complaint with the BBB, I have also had my old debit card cancelled and a fraud alert put on concerning NABL, tomorrow I will call the district attorneys office for the area in which I live.

I hope this report helps someone.
