NACS ripoff dishonest fradudulent billing Saint Petersburg Florida

NACS,INC called to issue me under false pretenses a credit card. I paid a $250.00 processing fee and instead received a merchant type credit card to order items through a catalog. Before agreeing to pay the fee I ask them many times if this was a mastercard or Visa where I could purchase items at any store. They stated that was correct. Then for the next 3-4 months since I did not purchase their items I was charged a $33.00 inactivity charge for not using the card. They only stopped ripping me off when I told them I would report them to small claims.
